Google promises enhancements to Google+ by the New Year

Google just announced some enhancements to Google+ and they include:
Additional controls to “graphic-equalize” or fine tune your stream. We all know that a lot of posts can get lost in the shuffle so they are adding an option to adjust how posts from within a particular circle will be blended with your main stream. Now you won’t miss any posts from those people you deem very important.
Better notifications. The red notification indicator is awesome, but to figure out what all of the notifications are can be difficult because you have to navigate to the individual content. They’re going to add sneak previews so you can quickly decide if it’s something you want to explore more. You will also be able to easily see +1′s and shares your posts have received.
Google+ Pages. Owners of Google+ pages can now designate 50 managers as administrators for a page. With that comes a new notification flow that allows the managers to know what’s going on with in page conversations.
Lightbox changes. Viewing photos has been completely redesigned along with completely revamped photo tagging.
So there you have it. These all look good and I’m sure many of them will hit the Google+ app soon as well.
